Matt is determined to remain on the case despite, or perhaps more truthfully because of, his connection with Esme. Meanwhile DS Marshall has her own private demons to deal with which have entered the case.Matt will need to use all his powers of detection to solve the mystery, as well as exercise his patience to try to repair his relationship with Esme since he knows how important she is to him.
